I am the author of Club Log, an online league table and statistics system for DXers and a dxpedition log hosting tool. The address for Club Log is http://www.clublog.org/. Please consider signing up if you haven’t already: it’s free, and your participation will improve the usefulness of the database.

I was first licensed in 1995, and while at university studying engineering for my degree I chaired the Cambridge University Wireless Society (CUWS, callsign G6UW). I also hold the US call N3QI, and am an ARRL Volunteer Examiner for extra class exams if required in the UK.

At the moment I am active on HF and particularly interested in expeditioning (you can see the full register of places I’ve been on my QRZ.com page). I have a special interest in LF bands and CW. I also invest a lot of time in programming Club Log and databases, and the Go programming language.

In 2015 I was inducted into the CQ DX Hall of Fame, and I was also honoured to receive the ROTAB Trophy from the RSGB for my HF work.

I am a member of CWOps #968 and FOC #1992. See you on the air!
